§ 155.10. ENFORCEMENT.

Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be enforced as a municipal infraction according to procedures established by law, as may from time to time be amended. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter commits a municipal infraction and shall, upon a finding that a violation has occurred, be made to pay a penalty fee as then allowed by law or ordinance for each infraction, including maximum enhanced penalties for any subsequent or continuing infraction(s). Each day that an infraction is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate infraction. Enforcement of the provisions of this chapter may also be initiated or assisted by means of an action in law or equity in the Courts of Jasper County, Iowa, as the case may be and as permitted by law.
