§ 170.09. RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE; BOND REQUIRED.

Prior to the release of the performance guarantee, the subdivider shall file with the City a maintenance bond, to be approved by the City Council on an approved bonding company in a form satisfactory to the City Attorney naming the City of Prairie City as obligee, conditioned that the subdivider shall maintain such improvements in good repair for the periods specified by this chapter.
